Q. What payment method can I use?

A. The Coli Store accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

Ordering

Q. What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

A. Once an order is placed at The Coli Store, you cannot make changes. For assistance please email us at Shop@TheColi.com

Q. The item I want is out of stock, what are my options?

A. For items that are sold out, you have two options. You can pre-order the item & it will be shipped as soon as it comes in stock (7-14 business days+) OR you can be notified via email and/or text message when the item is available.

Shipping

Q. When will my order ship? 

A. If the item is in stock, pending order verification & credit approval, orders will ship within 24-48 hours.

Q. Will I be notified once my order has shipped?

A. Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking info once your order has shipped.

Q. Can I ship to an address besides my own?

A. Yes, you can.

Q. How will my order be shipped? 

A. We ship orders Priority Mail 2-Day™ via the United States Postal Service. The USPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday.

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

A. Yes, we ship internationally.

A. No, all sales are final.
